Speaking Spanish, speaking Chinese or any foreign language can be tough for a number of reasons. For me, the top reason is the humble pie you have to eat as you learn.

If you’re a funny person who always gets the crowd going, you’ll be a wallflower watching and trying to understand. If you’re intelligent, you’ll have no way to show it. If you’re creative, get a pad and markers because your words won’t do. (more…)
